Mahoric AI provides practical AI workflow implementation for small business teams, MSPs, IT providers, and service businesses. The website describes small-scope workflow work such as inbox triage, intake follow-up, reporting, service request routing, meeting notes, and related admin workflows.

Public pages, demos, calculators, examples, and chat replies are informational. A paid project begins only when both sides agree to a written scope, proposal, statement of work, invoice, or other project agreement.

3. Workflow Reviews and Inquiries

Submitting a workflow review, intake form, chat message, or booking request does not guarantee that Mahoric AI will accept a project, deliver a specific result, or meet a specific timeline. We may decline requests that are outside our scope, create legal or compliance risk, require access we do not have, or are not a good operational fit.

You are responsible for providing accurate information and for having authority to share any business, customer, employee, or vendor information you submit.

4. AI-Assisted Features

Site chat, workflow examples, and project discussions may involve AI-assisted tools. AI outputs can be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your specific business. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them.

Mahoric AI does not provide legal, medical, financial, tax, accounting, employment, or regulated professional advice through this website. Do not use the site or chat for emergencies, clinical decisions, legal deadlines, security incidents, or other high-risk decisions.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the site for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or harmful activity.
• Submit malware, spam, credential dumps, payment card numbers, or sensitive secrets.

Demo pages, example workflows, pricing references, timelines, calculators, and case-study style examples are illustrative unless a written agreement says otherwise. They are not guarantees of revenue, savings, implementation speed, booking volume, or business outcomes.

10. Paid Services

Paid services, fees, payment timing, refunds, confidentiality terms, data handling, support, ownership of deliverables, and project responsibilities are governed by the applicable written proposal, statement of work, invoice terms, or service agreement. If those written terms conflict with these website terms, the written project terms control for that project.

11. Availability and Changes

We may update, suspend, remove, or change any part of the site at any time. We may also update these terms by posting a revised version on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
