1. Agreement to These Terms

By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the site. "Mahoric AI", "we", "us", and "our" mean Mahoric AI Inc.

2. What Mahoric AI Does

Mahoric AI sets up AI receptionists for small professional offices, and practical AI workflows for teams and service businesses. The AI receptionist answers an office's calls, books meetings, takes messages, and transfers calls to a person. The workflow work covers small-scope tasks such as inbox triage, intake follow-up, reporting, service request routing, meeting notes, and related admin workflows. Our services are offered to businesses, not to consumers for personal use.

Public pages, demos, calculators, examples, and chat replies are informational. A paid project begins only when both sides agree to a written scope, proposal, statement of work, invoice, or other project agreement.

3. Workflow Reviews and Inquiries

Submitting a workflow review, intake form, chat message, or booking request does not guarantee that Mahoric AI will accept a project, deliver a specific result, or meet a specific timeline. We may decline requests that are outside our scope, create legal or compliance risk, require access we do not have, or are not a good operational fit.

You are responsible for providing accurate information and for having authority to share any business, customer, employee, or vendor information you submit.

4. AI-Assisted Features

Site chat, workflow examples, and project discussions may involve AI-assisted tools. AI outputs can be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your specific business. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them.

Mahoric AI does not provide legal, medical, financial, tax, accounting, employment, or regulated professional advice through this website. Do not use the site or chat for emergencies, clinical decisions, legal deadlines, security incidents, or other high-risk decisions.

5. Our Phone Line

Our phone line is answered by an AI receptionist, and calls are recorded. It can answer basic questions about our services, take a message, and book a call with our founder. It can mishear names, numbers, or email addresses, and it may be unavailable if a phone or AI provider has an outage. What it says about prices or services is not an offer. Only a written quote from us is.

Do not use our line, or any AI receptionist we set up, for emergencies. In an emergency, call 911.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the site for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or harmful activity.
• Submit malware, spam, credential dumps, payment card numbers, or sensitive secrets.
• Attempt to break, overload, scrape, reverse engineer, or bypass security on the site.
• Misrepresent your identity, authority, business, or relationship with another organization.
• Submit personal information about others unless you have the right to do so.

7. Communications

When you submit a form on our site or in a Facebook or Instagram lead form, book a meeting, call our line, use chat, or email Mahoric AI, you agree that we may contact you by email, phone, or text about that request. We send other commercial messages only where Canada's anti-spam law allows it. Every commercial email identifies us and explains how to unsubscribe, and you can ask us to stop at any time.

8. Third-Party Services

The website may connect to third-party services for hosting, analytics, email, scheduling, database storage, messaging, CRM, AI processing, and performance monitoring. Those services are operated by their respective providers and may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Mahoric AI is not responsible for third-party websites or services outside our control.

9. Intellectual Property

The site, brand elements, copy, examples, designs, code, and other materials are owned by Mahoric AI Inc. or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view the site for your own business evaluation, but you may not copy, resell, or republish substantial parts of it without permission.

You retain ownership of information you submit. You grant Mahoric AI a limited right to use that information to respond to you, operate the site, evaluate fit, provide services, maintain records, and improve our offerings, subject to our Privacy Policy and any separate written agreement.

10. Demos, Examples, and Results

Demo pages, example workflows, pricing references, timelines, calculators, and case-study style examples are illustrative unless a written agreement says otherwise. They are not guarantees of revenue, savings, implementation speed, booking volume, or business outcomes.

11. Paid Services

Prices shown on this website are in Canadian dollars, before HST, and may change. They are not an offer. You are not charged anything for asking for a quote or booking a call, and the site does not take payment details.

Paid services, fees, payment timing, cancellation, refunds, confidentiality terms, data handling, support, ownership of deliverables, and project responsibilities are governed by the applicable written quote, proposal, statement of work, invoice terms, or service agreement. If those written terms conflict with these website terms, the written project terms control for that project.

12. Availability and Changes

We may update, suspend, remove, or change any part of the site at any time. We may also update these terms by posting a revised version on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.

13. Disclaimers

The website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mahoric AI disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and uninterrupted operation.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mahoric AI Inc. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, or reputational harm arising from use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under a law that cannot be waived by agreement.

15. Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Mahoric AI Inc. harmless from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your misuse of the site, your violation of these terms, or information you submit without proper rights or authority.

16. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New Brunswick and the applicable federal laws of Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in New Brunswick will have jurisdiction over disputes related to these terms or the website, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
