Mahoric AI is a New Brunswick-based AI workflow company. This policy explains how we handle personal information when someone visits mahoricai.com, submits a workflow review, chats with the site assistant, books time, or contacts us about practical AI workflow work.

- Chat and booking details: chat messages, a session identifier, lead details you provide in chat, selected booking times, and Calendly event or invitee identifiers when a booking is completed.
- Site and device data: page views, button events, browser and device information, IP address or hashed IP address, user agent, referring pages, and performance data used to keep the site secure and useful.
- Communications: emails, replies, meeting notes, or support requests you send to Mahoric AI.
2. How We Collect Information
Most information comes directly from you when you fill out a form, use the chat assistant, book a meeting, or email us. Some technical information is collected automatically through hosting, analytics, security, and performance tools when you use the site.
