For accounting and bookkeeping teams

Close month-end without the chase.

Bring one document-request handoff and we map where it stalls, then set it up inside the tools your firm already uses.

See how it works

30 minutes, by phone or video. You keep the workflow map either way.

  • No new apps to learn
  • No client files needed
  • Human approval stays

What we map

  1. Request goes outon schedule
  2. Arrivals checked against the list
  3. The next person is namedhuman approves

No client files are needed to start.

Example only. Not a customer result.

The work happens inside the tools your firm already runs on.

  • Microsoft 365
  • Google Workspace
  • QuickBooks

Also works with Xero, Dext, Karbon, and your existing practice tools.

Naming a tool describes where the work happens, not a prebuilt integration.

What actually changes

The same month-end, without the chasing.

Before month-end today

  • You email the client for the missing statement.
  • The reply sits in one person's inbox.
  • Nobody is sure which clients are still outstanding.
  • Someone rebuilds the list before the deadline.

After the setup

  • The request and the reminder go out on schedule.
  • What arrives is logged against the right client.
  • The next owner is named on every open item.
  • You can see who is still missing at a glance.

An example of the workflows we map. Not a specific customer.

Keep humans in the loop

A focused workflow review, not accounting advice.

No client files are needed to start, and we do not give legal, tax, or accounting advice. Client decisions, data, and approvals stay with your firm.

What we do

  • Map document requests, reminders, and handoffs
  • Start with sample information and existing tools
  • Leave client decisions and approvals with your firm

What we do not do

  • Invent proof or outcome claims
  • Collect client files in the first step
  • Give legal, tax, or accounting advice

Common questions

What people ask before they book.

What does it cost?

The review is free. If a setup makes sense, you get a fixed price in writing before any work starts, based on the one workflow you pick. No hourly billing.

Do you need access to client files?

No. We start with sample information and your existing tools. Client data, decisions, and approvals stay with your firm.

Is this accounting or tax advice?

No. This is workflow setup only. I do not give legal, tax, or accounting advice, and nothing I set up makes a professional judgment for your firm.

We use an unusual practice-management tool. Does this still work?

Usually yes. If it can send email or export a file, there is normally a path. If there is not, the review tells you plainly.

Who is this not for?

Firms who want a full custom platform or someone to take over their books. This is one repeat task, set up properly and handed back to your team.

Bring the one task that keeps coming back.
