The office work that runs itself while you run the business.

One repetitive task at a time, automated inside the tools your team already uses. Free 30-minute review, an honest answer, and live in ten business days.

See how it works

30 minutes, by phone or video. You keep the workflow map either way.

  • No new apps to learn
  • Fixed price in writing
  • An honest yes or no

The work happens inside the tools your team already uses.

  • Microsoft 365
  • Google Workspace
  • Outlook
  • Gmail
  • Microsoft Teams
  • Slack

Also works with your existing forms and task tools.

Naming a tool describes where the work happens, not a prebuilt integration.

What you leave with

One handoff, drawn end to end.

The same map we draw on the call, with the place the work stalls marked on it.

What actually changes

A small system your team can see.

How it runs today: someone has to remember, one inbox holds it, and Friday brings the chasing.
MON

The requests go out on their own. On schedule, without anyone remembering.

WED

Replies collect in one place. Each one logged against the right item.

THU

You approve the few that need a person. Minutes, not an afternoon.

FRI

The week closes with everything visible. Nothing is waiting on a memory.

An example of the workflows we map. Not a specific customer.

Common questions

What people ask before they book.

What does it cost, and how much of our time does it take?

The review is free. If a setup makes sense, you get a fixed price in writing before any work starts, with no hourly billing. Your side of the effort is thirty minutes for the review, then roughly an hour of your team's time across the build.

We use an unusual tool. Does this still work?

Usually yes. If your tool can send email or export a file, there is normally a path. If there is not, the review tells you plainly instead of selling you a workaround.

What kind of tasks can you automate?

More than most teams expect. Document requests and reminders. Intake that lands in one clean list. Approved first replies to new inquiries. Status updates that send themselves. If a task repeats every week and follows rules a person could write down, bring it to the review and I will tell you if it is a fit. When the first workflow proves itself, you pick the next one.

What happens if it breaks?

You get a written handoff that explains how it runs and what to check first if it stops. Nothing is locked behind a platform only I can open, so you are never stuck waiting on me. If something does stop, email me directly and I will take a look.

Why not build this ourselves with Zapier?

Sometimes you should, and I will say so on the call. Most teams do not stall on the tool. They stall on deciding what the steps actually are and what should stay with a person. That is the part the review fixes.

Who is this not for?

Teams who want a full custom platform, or to hand everything over and disappear. This works best when one person on your side cares about the result. And it is not a fit if you need it running by tomorrow. A proper setup takes about 10 business days.

Bring the one task that keeps coming back.
